All of the events related to the conference are being held at the conference hotel, the Boston Park Plaza.

- Monday: Welcome Reception
- Tuesday: Continental Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Refreshment Break, Evening Reception
- Wednesday: Continental Breakfast, AM Refreshment Break
What is the cost of the hotel rooms at The Boston Park Plaza?
$185 + 14.45% tax, single or double occupancy. Call 1-888-225-2008 and ask for the Group Code “EDUW.” Conference rate good till June 28, 2013. Rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the Event Dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.

The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers is located in the heart of Boston’s historic Back Bay and is just steps from some of the city’s most popular Boston attractions.
