Marketing Ideas
- Brochure: in PDF format, that we can customize with your logo and description. If you're interested in having this done, please send me the copy for the panel (I have your logo) and it will get turned around quickly so that you can use it for your marketing efforts. You can print it, send it as a PDF attachment ... whatever way you choose is up to you.
- Other Marketing Platforms: please mention that you'll be exhibiting and/or presenting at the conference where and when appropriate

Other Info You Need to Know
- Registration Packet: you can put 2 pieces of marketing literature into the packet that attendees receive when they register onsite. You will need to ship these DIRECTLY to the Trump Marina Hotel - to arrive NO EARLIER than July 9th and NO LATER than July 16th - to be included in the packets. Mailing address (NOTE: You MUST have "eduWeb Conference" on the label, as shown below, otherwise, it may get lost at the hotel.):

- 1/4 Page Ad (included with your Exhibitor fee): Specs for the ad ...
- 3.5" wide x 4.5" high, full color
- Must be saved as Hi Res, print ready PDFs
- Ads are DUE by June 11, 2008
- Conference Program/Your Logo: need a copy of your logo for the program; it needs to be saved as an EPS file at about .5" height (and proportional length but not more than 3" long- most from last year were 1.5" to 2" long).
- Attendee List: you will be sent a list, as an Excel file, 45 days prior to the conference and the final list at the conference.
- Giveaways: if you're going to be giving away anything while exhibiting, please let me know and they will be promoted on Monday during the Welcoming Remarks and given out right before the Closing Keynote. You don't have to have a giveaway and if you do, you can do it at your booth; these are just some options for you.
- Receptions: (1) Monday, July 21st, 5:30-6:30 pm in the Cayman Gallery (where you are); it's a 1 hour, open bar, and hors d'oeuvres.(2) Open Event: Tuesday, July 22nd, 6-8 pm in the Bayview Room, sponsored by OmniUpdate, JamesTower and Noel-Levitz.
- Vendor Bingo: The conference does this each year to encourage the attendees to visit your booth. The attendees need to get your initials or signature on the sheet and turn it in at the registration table. The winner will receive an iPod Touch.
- Exhibitor Staff: If you haven't already sent me an email, please send me one listing the staff attending (your exhibitor cost includes 2 registrations; additional staff cost $200 per person) along with their titles and email addresses.
- Exhibitor Display/Table Material per Trump Marina Regulations ... PLEASE READ this PRIOR to shipping and/or bringing your table display materials with you to the conference.

- Early Bird Registration - till June 1st at $495 per person; after that, it's $595 per person. If more than 2 people from the same institution attend, then discounts start applying and the 5th person is FREE.
